Molded, Wangan style. I want something like that (a little more understated)

Not a Whale Tail.
Dovetail or Duckbill, yes.
Whale Tail typically describes the very tall sort of wing which isn't flush to the body.

This one?
Ya, I had orginially orderd the TRD wing which is either the same or really close. A friend of mine pointed out that it kinda looked like the OEM wing from a Neon, so that killed any interest I had in it and I ordered the FiveAxis spoiler instead. Much nicer lines. The flow from the rear fender to the spoiler is perfect.

Yeah, that's the one i hate. I remember reading a car and driver article where they tested top speeds with various cars with their stock wings on and off.
Basically the conclusion was that most stock "wings" slow the car down quite a bit. Ducktail spoilers like the one you have on your car on the other hand didn't negatively affect top speed. Tall lifted wings, like the one on the MKIV supra and the ferrari F40 were also surprisingly effective at creating downforce. But small wings dont get far enough away from the flow of air going over the vehicle to generate downforce while simultaneously creating drag by disrupting that air.

I laughed so hard I started coughing. I can imagine my 8th grade shop teacher, Mr. Kent uttering those same words in his monotone, no-nonsense kind of way.
